Tuesday- rainbow day- 1 in 44 children have been diagnosed with autism as of 2018. Autism awareness is represented by a blue puzzle piece or the rainbow colored infinity symbol. Let’s start off this week of acceptance by wearing colors of the rainbow!

Wednesday- dress up day- Children with autism can be very passionate about their interests! Some can memorize the entire script of their favorite movie! Let’s show support by dressing up as our favorite character!

Thursday- Unique Day- Every child with autism is unique! Let’s show our uniqueness by wearing mismatched clothes or crazy hair!

Friday- Sensory Day- Each child with autism may react differently when their senses are stimulated. Some may be very sensitive, meaning they may be affected by things like loud noises, bright lights, certain smells, and textures. Others need the stimulation, so they like making things like their own loud noises. Let’s show support, by coming in our comfiest to school. Dress up in school appropriate pajamas
